Waiting for Mom and her milk.

Arden and I hanging in the front yard waiting for Amy.
If she won't take the bottle, at least I can keep her distracted.

Sunny Sunday in the Yard

Amy rethinks her status as a working Mom.

Have you seen my new dress?

Arden is obviously the exception to the rule about no jeans with dresses.

Arden works on skipping the crawling stage

I've been a little behind in posting new pictures of Arden. She turned 16 weeks old last weekend, but will be 4 months old this Sunday. Either way, she is getting big and fitting into her 6-12 month clothes. This is how Arden and I spend most afternoons waiting for Amy to get home.

I keep trying to convince Arden that the milk in the bottle is the same thing she is howling for from her Mom, but she isn't having any of it. So I'm left to entertain her, and keep her distracted from her hunger pains.

As you can see her hair is looking redder and redder everyday.

Jazz keeps Arden Warm

Jazz seems to think if he is insistent enough he will again be the sole recipient of all our affection.

Arden's Big Weekend

Arden has had a very busy weekend, her first James Perse Sample sale (baby clothes come in colors beside pink or blue,) her first Culver City Art Walk, and her first public meltdown at Natalee Thai. This morning she went for another swimming lesson and Dad finally got into the pool with her. These photos are from 3 weeks ago and show off her new swimsuit. Finally tonight we have a dinner party with her local Aunts, Lane and Lindsey. Photos will be posted soon.

Arden Movie #2

Tummy Time

During daycare Arden has finally come to terms with being on her belly. Here Dad and Arden wait on the front lawn for Mom to get home from work. There are rumors that Arden can even flip herself over, but she hasn't shared this latest trick with us.
